By using StudyPat ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
StudyPat provides a cloud-based school management platform that includes features such as student management, academic tracking, results processing, finance, e-class, and other administrative tools. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated from time to time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account.
Our services are offered on a termly or per-session subscription basis (a session payment covers its three terms). You agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create on our platform. We do not claim ownership of your data. However, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You may not interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of our platform.
All intellectual property rights in the StudyPat platform, including software, design, and content, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to pay fees. Upon termination, you may lose access to your data. We will provide reasonable notice before termination.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudyPat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last twelve months.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes.
