Every child in one list
Brothers and sisters are grouped as a family, so a parent signs in once and sees all their children. A note shows if a report card is ready, or if fees are holding it back.
Report cards on their phone
As soon as you publish, parents open the report card on their own phone and can save or print it. Each term’s card stays available.
Fees charged, paid and owed
For each child, parents see exactly what was charged, what has been paid and the balance, so there are fewer disputes at the office.
Look but never change
Parents can view but not edit anything, and each parent sees only their own children. Your records stay safe.
How parents get started

You add the student with the parent’s email
When a student is added, the parent receives a login automatically. You can also set or reset a parent’s password yourself under People, Parents.

The parent signs in at your school’s address
Everyone uses the same sign-in page. Parents are taken to their own dashboard automatically. Your school website also has a “Portal login” button.

They add it to their home screen (optional)
StudyPat can be installed on the phone’s home screen and opens like an app, with your school’s name and logo.
You stay in control of results
Parents see report cards only after you publish them, class by class. You can also choose to hold results until fees are cleared, or until a parent enters a result scratch card PIN. That makes the portal a fair, simple way to encourage fees to be paid on time, without awkward conversations.
Parents with several children in different classes use one login. If a child is added to a family later, they are linked to the family’s parents automatically.
Fewer calls, fewer queues
