We offer a Free plan with limited features (up to 40 students). Paid plans are billed per student, per term - Basic ₦600 (up to 300 students), Pro ₦950 and Enterprise ₦1,100 (unlimited students) - and each term you choose which students (or whole classes) to activate. You can also pay for a whole session at once (three terms) and save 5%: Basic ₦1,710, Pro ₦2,708 and Enterprise ₦3,135 per student for the session. See our Pricing section for details.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, secure servers, and strict access controls. Every school's data is fully isolated. We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Yes - on any plan, including Free. Go to Billing → Custom Domain and either point a domain you already own to us, or ask us to register a new one for you. There's a one-time setup fee on Free, Basic and Pro, and once it's paid our team connects it - your school becomes reachable at your own address as well as your studypat.com subdomain. On Enterprise, a domain of your choice is free and we install it for you at no charge.

All payments - subscriptions, scratch card batches and domain setup fees - go through Flutterwave, which supports card payments, bank transfer and USSD. Every payment is verified automatically and applied to your account the moment it's confirmed - there's no manual step or waiting on our end.

You can add students individually through the People → Students section, or bulk-upload using a CSV template.

Yes! The Pro and Enterprise plans include E-Class with lessons, assignments, quiz notices, live class links, and announcements.

₦200 per card on Basic, paid up front via Flutterwave before a batch is generated - the cards are created automatically the moment payment is confirmed. Pro and Enterprise schools generate scratch cards for free, with no payment step.

Yes, on the Basic, Pro and Enterprise plans (not Free). Pick a class with outstanding fees, select which students to remind, and a WhatsApp message goes straight to each parent's phone. It's limited to 3 reminder batches per academic term.

Transport management (vehicles, drivers, and billing only the students who ride) is included on the Pro and Enterprise plans. Hostel management (rooms, beds, and billing only boarders) is included on Enterprise only. Both come with their own paid/owing fee reports.

₦150 per student, per term on Basic, and completely free on Pro and Enterprise (not available on the Free plan). It installs on a computer in your school and lets students sit objective exams offline - no internet needed during the exam itself - with the class roster, student photos and exam slips pulled straight from StudyPat (only students you have activated for the term are included), a built-in scientific calculator for students, and results syncing back into your broadsheet automatically once you're back online.
