Run exams on computers in your own school - fully offline - and watch the scores land straight in your StudyPat broadsheet.
Priced per student, so it scales with your school:
StudyPat's CBT software is a computer-based testing program that installs on a computer in your school - a server, or any reasonably capable PC - and lets students sit objective exams on networked computers in your exam hall, with no internet connection required during the exam itself.
It isn't a separate account or a separate login for your school: it plugs directly into the StudyPat account you already have. Your class lists, subjects and student records come from StudyPat, and the objective scores it produces go straight back into the same broadsheet your teachers already use for report cards - summed automatically alongside any handwritten theory scores a teacher enters.
One installer for the StudyPat CBT software, installed on a single computer in your school (a proper server if you have one, or any capable desktop for a smaller exam hall). That computer becomes the exam server for the room - the other computers or devices students use to sit the exam connect to it over your school's own local network, not the internet.
From Results → CBT on your StudyPat dashboard, pay the term fee (skip this step entirely on Pro and Enterprise - CBT is already included) and generate your school's unique CBT key.
Download and install the CBT software on one computer in your school. Paste in your CBT key so it can talk to your StudyPat account.
Pull the class list, subjects and printable exam slips - each with a registration number and password - straight from StudyPat. Nothing to type in by hand.
Hand each student their exam slip before the exam. The registration number is their login.
Students sit the exam on computers connected to your exam-hall server. No internet connection is needed for the exam itself, so a weak connection on exam day is not a problem.
Once the exam is done and the computer is back online, upload the results with one click. Scores appear in your StudyPat broadsheet automatically, combined with any theory score a teacher has entered.
