Made for the way Nigerian schools work

A system built somewhere else will fight your timetable. StudyPat starts from how Nigerian schools actually run:

  • Three terms in a session, like 2026/2027, with each term’s scores and fees kept separate and old report cards never changing.
  • CA and exam scores that add up to 100. Split the marks your way (for example CA 30 and Exam 70, or CA1, CA2 and Exam) and StudyPat warns you if they do not add up.
  • Your own grading scale: A1 to F9, A to F, or your own bands, for the whole school or for a single class.
  • Classes and arms named your way: JSS 2 A, B and C, SS 1 Gold and Diamond, or Science, Arts and Commercial.
  • Results published only when you say so, and if you wish, held until fees are cleared or a parent enters a result scratch card.
  • Works on any phone and can be added to the home screen so it opens like an app with your school’s name and logo.

The right view for each person

Everyone signs in at the same address and sees only what is theirs. Admins and sub-admins share the work, with permissions you choose (for example a bursar who sees fees but not results). Teachers see their own classes, subjects and score sheets. Parents see their children’s results and fees and cannot change anything. Students see their results, timetable, lessons and assignments.
